CST is a gentle, light touch, non-invasive hands-on therapy on a fully clothed body and is suitable for all ages. CST works on the release of restrictions in the craniosacral system which can be compromising the function of the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord). The release of these restrictions enables the body to self-correct, rebalance and improve function and well-being. CST enables you to relax and become more connected to yourself.
