Please note this is only available to Midlothian carers.

VOCAL in partnership with Midlothian Sports and Leisure are offering unpaid carers the opportunity to take part in a four week gym induction programme at Loanhead Leisure Centre.

The sessions will run from 2pm – 3pm on Tuesday 21st & 28th October and Tuesday 4th & 11th November 2025.

You will have the opportunity to join other carers in a group induction to learn about and try the range of fitness equipment that is available in the gym. An experienced instructor will help you to develop your personal gym training programme.

Please Note: Numbers will be limited to 8 carers and priority will be given to those carers who have not benefited from our Wee Breaks Programme previously.
