Please note this is only available to Midlothian carers.

VOCAL in partnership with Midlothian Sports and Leisure are offering unpaid carers the opportunity to take part in a four week gym induction programme at Loanhead Leisure Centre.

The sessions will run from 2pm – 3pm on Tuesday 21st & 28th October and Tuesday 4th & 11th November 2025.

You will have the opportunity to join other carers in a group induction to the range of fitness equipment that is available in the gym and an  experienced instructor will help you to develop your personal gym training programme.

Please Note: Numbers will be limited to 8 carers and priority will be given to those carers who have not benefited from our Wee Breaks Programme previously.
