Join Fiona Johnston to discover the fascinating history of the Palace grounds from the 14th century to the present day. Explore Scotland’s original botanic garden for physicians followed by a walk around the Palace Gardens – the site of the ancient menagerie, rare Wentworth elm trees, the Jubilee Border and more.

14:00- Arrival and refreshments in Abbey Strand Centre

14:15-14:45- Short talk on the Physic Garden and Royal Gardens

14:45-16:00-Explore the Physic Garden and walk around the Royal Gardens.

Priority: Priority will be given to those carers who have not benefitted from VOCAL Wee Breaks support previously.
