We are excited to share that VOCAL now has two new holiday homes at Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village! These are now available for carers to book, for three- or four-night stays. To book, please check availability using the calendar below, and contact us on 0131 622 6666 or holidayhomes@vocal.org.uk.
Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village on the east coast of Scotland might well be one of Haven’s prettiest parks. You’ll see glorious views over the Firth of Forth and, as the name suggests, we’re very close to the beach!
Both of the holiday homes are fully equipped with modern conveniences. These lovely homes are a perfect retreat for a few nights away.
Located within the quietest part of Seton Sands Holiday Village, these holiday homes offer peace and tranquillity due to their location in the park. However, you are never far from the action with numerous entertainment and leisure opportunities on site if you choose to take part.
Both Beaumont and Kielder are 3-bedroom holiday homes, with an additional sofa bed option, sleeping a maximum of 8 people.

Other than the ramp outside, the caravans are standard inside (although one is bigger than the other).
You must be able to stand, step and move around (with the help of a walker if needed) to get into and around the holiday home safely.
You can probably get a manual wheelchair through the front door. A walker, wheelchair, toilet riser and shower stool are available for your stay.
No, both homes have 2 bathrooms but no wet rooms.
Yes, we provide 2 Friends and Family passes that will cover 6 people per pass.
Some activities have an additional charge. These are half price with the Friends and Family Pass. Activities can be booked and paid for at the Swim Reception in the main building.
The pass will also offer 15% discount in the restaurant and on merchandise (available from the park Mini Mart).
All bedding and towels and are provided, as well as:
- Tea towels, toilet roll and kitchen roll
- Condiments: salt, pepper, vinegar, ketchup, brown sauce and mayonnaise
- Tea, coffee (ground and instant) and sugar
- Olive oil
- Hand soap, washing up liquid, washing machine tabs, dishwasher tabs, surface cleaner and bleach
- Hand towels, bathmats and non-slip shower mats; and bath sheets (1 per person)
Please bring your own extra towels if you are planning to go swimming.
You can book a 3-night stay (Friday 4pm to Monday 10am) or a 4-night stay (Monday at 4pm to Friday at 10am).
Only one dog (no cats!) will be allowed in the Beaumont at a time, and this must be pre-booked with Debbie.
You will be charged £50 to cover extra cleaning.
The dog should not be left in the holiday home unattended, is not allowed on the beds, and any damage caused must be reported immediately and will be billed to you.
The holiday homes each have beds for 6 people, plus a double sofa bed – the maximum is 8 people.
Please inform Debbie on dgreenough@vocal.org.uk if your number of guests changes.
You may check from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless an earlier time has been confirmed by the owner.
There is currently only Wi-Fi available in the main buildings on the park.
We are working on getting Wi-Fi to our holiday homes.
There is a key safe attached to the railings on the deck of the holiday home. You will be sent a 4-digit code by text on the morning of your check-in.
If you plan to be out at different times you may use the key safe during your stay, so you can always gain entry to the holiday home.
Please return the keys to the safe after you have locked up on check-out day. If you lose the keys, you will be charged for replacements.
Haven allows grocery delivery vans from all supermarkets to deliver to your door, but not deliveries from takeaways.
If you order a takeaway, you should arrange to collect this from the bus stop right outside the park.
All activities on the park need to be booked, including swimming. You will be able to do this at the swimming pool reception desk.
If you have any special requests, you can book with Debbie up to 5 weeks in advance. With the Friends and Family Card you will receive a 50% discount on all activities (swimming is free).
There will be two Friends and Family passes inside the holiday home when you arrive.
Please look after them and leave them in the holiday home when you check out. Charges will apply if cards are not returned.
Swimming is a free activity, but you should book to make sure you get a slot.
There are many other activities available on the park, but some do have a cost. You will receive 50% off these costs with your friends and family card.
Yes please, if you are able. The beds can be stripped of outer covers, leaving all pillows and mattress protectors in place.
Check out is 10am.
We ask that you lock all windows, turn off all lights and heating, leave Friends & Family passes in the wooden bowl, and finally lock the door and return the key to the key safe.
